SiteWatch is a unique customer service tool that allows a security provider to monitor a customer’s digital video surveillance system remotely via LAN/WAN, telephone dial-up or IP network connection.

SiteWatch will check, according to a programmable schedule, the operation of Guardall’s NetVision DVR at each of your customers, monitoring for any sign of system malfunction including:

• Loss of video
• Potential hard drive failure
• Loss of ATM connection
• System restart
• Configuration changes
• Poor picture quality
• System not running
• Low frame rate
